The events surrounding the shocking death of George Floyd have really troubled me.

Policing in the UK is very different to that of the USA.

We police by consent.

Later this week I will publish a blog written for two of the county\’s local newspapers print editions, with my thoughts on these tragic events.

But today I  wanted to show solidarity with many others across the world.
