As a former High Sheriff of Gloucestershire and indeed even before, I have seen first hand how Martin Surl’s dedication and contribution to the county has had outstanding results.

Not only does he contribute 1% of his budget to charities, projects and groups whose sole aim is to improve the lives of others and help prevent crime and the causes of crime, but he also dedicates himself to county wide projects such as promoting road safety, and fighting rural crime.

He has been an excellent PCC and I hope with the voters support he continues in this role.
