Martin has delivered clear value to Gloucestershire as our PCC in tough and complex times.

I’ve watched others across the country achieve far less and I’ve been pondering how Martin has delivered so much more for us.

I’ve concluded that his combination of experience, competence and independence together with values, cooperation and listening skills enabled him to put together a really worthwhile Police and Crime Plan.

Martin has enabled significant achievements against this blueprint with very limited resources and amid much national turbulence.

I have no hesitation in backing Martin Surl for a further term of office – why on earth would we want to do other than re-elect Martin to continue this  achievement?
